Rees Valley Station, which is rated one of the area’s most scenic places to ride. This 37,000-acre sheep station borders the World Heritage Mt Aspiring National Park, where some of New Zealand’s most famous walking tracks depart.

Drive to Glenorchy, turn right at roundabout onto Paradise Road. Go over Presperise Bridge then go over Rees Bridge. At first left turn onto Priory Road (sign posted). Go over Diamond Bridge. 2.5km – Driveway 1st left – sign posted. If you go over Dart Bridge or any UNSEALED roads you have gone wrong so turn around.

Allow 1 hour from Queenstown to ensure you have time to photographic the spectacular scenery, described as some of the best in the world.
